Turnpike (near
intersection with Washington & Jefferson Streets). Commonly
referred to as the Percival's Island Parking Lot. Information kiosk.
Handicapped accessible.

Jefferson
Street
(near Amazement Square and Ninth Street). From Amazement Square,
follow Jefferson Street towards Eighth Street. Wooden stairs lead down
to the trail.

Cabell
Street
(bottom of Cabell Street cul-de-sac)

Hollins
Mill Road.
Parking and picnic area. Information kiosk.

Blackwater
Creek Canoe Launch
(Lynchburg Side). Take
Ninth Street downhill past Amazement Square Children's Museum and
Connor Produce. Cross railroad tracks and bear to the left. Before
you reach a large quartz boulder (the Lynch's Ferry Monument), you
will see steps leading down to Blackwater Creek. Note: may not be
useable in low water conditions.

Block Boat Ramp
(Amherst Side). Heading
into Amherst County on US 29 Business (John Lynch Bridge), turn
right onto River Road. 29 Market will be on your left. Turn left
onto Rocky Hill Road, then bear right into the park. Full boat ramp.
